Booking information including arrival and departure dates, group size, and property assignment.

2. How We Use Your Information

Information collected through Milagros Concierge is used exclusively to personalize and improve your experience at Hacienda Los Milagros. Specifically, we use it to record and remember guest preferences across stays, provide tailored recommendations and services, assist our hospitality team in anticipating your needs, and coordinate logistics related to your visit.

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing to third parties, or any purpose unrelated to your hospitality experience with us.

3. How We Store Your Information

Guest information is stored securely in internal systems accessible only to authorized Hacienda Los Milagros team members. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

Milagros Concierge operates in part through WhatsApp. By participating in a WhatsApp group associated with your stay at Hacienda Los Milagros, you acknowledge that messages in those groups may be monitored by our concierge system for the purpose of capturing and recording guest preferences. Our team, not an automated system, is responsible for all direct communication with guests.

We retain guest preference information for as long as it is useful in providing a personalized experience across future stays. You may request that your information be deleted at any time by contacting us at the address below.

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your information, and opt out of data collection by notifying us prior to or during your stay.
